We work hard to find solutions to resolve complaints. However, you can submit your complaint to the national complaints board, called the Travel Complaint Handling Body (Transportklagenemnda). Your complaint must be sent to the body within four weeks after receiving a reply from the FRAM Customer Centre. If you only need timetable information, you can call telephone 177 (service charge applies). If you are calling from outside Møre and Romsdal, you need to call +47 71 28 01 00 (normal rate) to talk to our customer centre.
