If you wish to request a refund from the FRAM Customer Centre due to a ticketing error, incorrect amount withdrawn from your bank account or other error, please submit your claim online using the inquiry form together with a completed refund form and receipt (as an attachment).
If you have moved to a new area, gone on sick leave or there is another issue for which you are requesting a period ticket/credit refund on your travelcard, please fill out the refund form and send it.
