Travel guarantee form

In order for us to process your travel guarantee claim, we need some information from you about the journey. Fill in the pertinent information and submit this form within one month after the event.

Note! If the reason for your claim incorrect or inadequate information from the FRAM Customer Centre over the telephone, please include the telephone number you called from, the date and time you called in the "Reason for the claim" field.
