We have previously communicated that 1 August will be the end date for the value part of the travel card, but the date has now been extended to 1 November in order to have time to find a good alternative for children and others who cannot use an app or bank card to buy the ticket.

Therefore, we would like to be contacted by you if it is a problem for you or others in your family etc. that the value part will disappear, in order to better understand what the needs are. Here you can submit feedback on the use of the value part.

Until 1 November, you can continue to top up with value, check your balance and pay for the ticket with the value on board the buses and express boats or at the traffic terminals.

If you have any value left in November, you need to fill out the refund form and send it. Or you can visit one of the traffic terminals for help.

After 1 November, you can continue to use the physical plastic travel card for period tickets you buy in the online store, at the traffic terminals and on board the buses and express boats, as before.
