Problem getting a receipt in the FRAM app

We have a problem resulting in that not everyone has received a receipt for the purchase of a ticket in the FRAM app and that some receive several of the receipts at once afterwards.

The problem also means that it may be that the information about the date and time on the receipt does not match when you actually bought or activated the ticket. The receipt is given the date and time of when the receipt was made.

Note! You may still be able to link the reference on the receipt with the reference on the ticket in the ticket overview in the app. All information shall be correct on the ticket in the ticket overview.
