Here you can find information on what to do to request a refund for the ticket.
If you wish to request a refund from the FRAM Customer Centre due to a ticketing error, incorrect amount withdrawn from your bank account or other error, please submit your claim online using the inquiry form together with a completed refund form and receipt (as an attachment).
If you have gone on sick leave or there is another issue for which you are requesting a period ticket or value refund on your travelcard, please fill out the refund form and send it. Refund requests are handled by FRAM Customer Centre.
A 30 day period ticket can be refunded in the period of validity for the ticket. A ticket will be considered used until and including the day the ticket is cancelled. Refunds are calculated by the following formula: the price of the period ticket excluding of 2 trips per day at single ticket rate for the days the ticket was used.
Refund of 30 day period ticket due to illness: upon presenting a doctor's certificate, the ticket will be cancelled and a refund granted by 1/30 of the ticket price (30 day period ticket) for each day the ticket has remained unused.
