Product information

The products you can buy in the online store are electronic travel documents. The electronic tickets are linked to a contactless travel card from FRAM in Møre and Romsdal County Authority. It is necessary to have a travel card to be able to use the online store. After the purchase, the card will be activated when it comes into contact with a card reader that has been updated with information about your purchase.

Via the online store, you can buy period tickets. In addition, it is possible to deposit money/value on the card.

Prices

All prices are in Norwegian kroner (NOK) and are shown both with and without VAT. The total cost of the purchase will appear before the order is placed. The prices are in accordance with the applicable rate regulations. Møre and Romsdal County Authority is the rate authority, and the price will change when the rate regulations are changed.

Sales and delivery conditions

Order processing

All orders are processed automatically by the ticket system. After the purchase has been made, the order will be ready for distribution to the ticket machines.

Delivery

Distribution of orders to the ticket machines takes place once a day, and starts at 05.00. A purchase should therefore normally be available the next day. The order is entered on the travel card when the card is in contact with a card reader. An order is delivered when it is entered in the travel card. If the order is not entered on the travel card within 6 months of purchase, the order will be deleted.

Payment

Payment is made in the online store. When trading, the payment is processed by PayEx, which offers a secure electronic payment solution for Visa and MasterCard/Eurocard. All card information is stored in connection with the card companies' regulations. No information about the payment card will be stored in the online store.

Refund

Period ticket

A period ticket can be redeemed during the period for which it is valid. We can check whether the ticket has been used up to and including the day the ticket is blocked. Refunds are given according to this formula: Price for period ticket with deduction of 2 journeys per day for a single ticket minus a 17 percent discount (as for value part).

Reimbursement of period tickets in case of illness

Claims for reimbursement must be reported to FRAM's Customer Centre, fram@mrfylke.no. The ticket will be blocked for use, and a refund will be given against a doctor's certificate with 1/30 of the ticket price (30-day ticket) per day the ticket has not been used.
